The Inside View Inc. provides accurate, evidence-based client interaction details, allowing company decision makers to experience their business as their clients would.
This startup website required more than the ability to update content on pages and blog posts. The website is also an online tool that business owners can use to track how their locations are rating in terms of customer experience and expectations. More than just a “mystery shop”, they can also receive coaching to train their sales and service staff on how to be sales and service professionals, which will in turn create a better experience and generate success for the business overall.
We built the site entirely in WordPress, creating a custom theme based on the branding design provided by P.S. MediaHouse. The Customer Experience shops were developed specifically for this website and online business tool and provide an easy-to-navigate interface for business owners to view and compare their shops online. The shops are kept private so that only users with specific access can see the information.
